I mean other then wanting to find a way to get rid of benders. That's probably a given considering he's from an anti-bender movement. The only thing I can think of that isn't too unorthodox to show on a kids series is finding a way to remove bending from the world. I don't know maybe he plans on disrupting and severing the link from the spirit world and the world of Avatar to stop bending once and for all. Also what would be funny is if Commissioner BeiFong is Amon.
