So his name is Hawkins? Anyway they're not like on each other like glue or white rice or that kind of thing. But they will/should be in the same village/harbor.

It's just a small harbor port, has a shoddy inn, a tavern, some markets for buying stuff, mostly fish and stuff caught/grown locally. Nothing fancy or special.

Question: are we allowed to be other people in the village or can only you be people in the village because it's your 'island'? or, does this even count as 'your' island?

It counts as my island, but you can be random people. I mean if you're going to be random people in order to move the island arc, then no. I have the adventure already planned out, it's just not began yet. I wanted this to be a slow moving thing at first. Sort of like what the tournament thing was, where everyone got together just to chitchat or do whatever, before they were thrown into teams. Make sense?

So if you want to be a sellsman, a clerk, some guy mopping the stalls, or anything like that, sure!

I assumed that was what you were implying, but I didn't want to just come out and say that, but yes. You can be any person who doesn't just come in and steal the Island Arcs show/adventure.
