Amon's Plans of Evilness

Knowing Nicks censoring, what do you think Amon is actually planning to do with his evilness?

I mean other then wanting to find a way to get rid of benders. That's probably a given considering he's from an anti-bender movement. The only thing I can think of that isn't too unorthodox to show on a kids series is finding a way to remove bending from the world.

I don't know maybe he plans on disrupting and severing the link from the spirit world and the world of Avatar to stop bending once and for all.

Also what would be funny is if Commissioner BeiFong is Amon.

yeah, wanting the benders gone seems like the most plausible thing. i mean, unless they find a way to subtly hint at something more sinister without actually saying it.

Right but I doubt mass genocide would be the way with Nick's censoring. It doesn't make sense with the way they handle things, so the next best kid friendly idea was to somehow kill the spiritual bending in them somehow.

why not, they already committed genocide with the air nomads.

But that was one hundred years before the series started. They didn't have to go into detail or show any of it. You would need to actually show something if it were to be in the show.

They just showed Gyatso's (or however you spell his name) skull and skeleton. That isn't as graphic as having a ship blow up with hundreds of people on board.

That's true, but we'll have to see more of his voice or how he acts to judge how he'll go through with his plan. If he sounds more pompous and intelligent, I'm assuming his plans would be more clever and deadly, instead of just blowing stuff up or whatever.

Just thought I'd share what is written on the Nick website in regards to Amon:

Little is known about the mysterious leader of the anti-bending revolution. He wears a mask to conceal his face. He is a nimble, stealthy fighter who shows no fear even against the highest-level bender. His ultimate goal is to rid the world of bending.

I feel like I've read this somewhere before, and I know I don't go searching around for this sort of stuff. So I either read it on another forum or here.

Anyway I'm playing a new game that has a villain who wears a similar mask like that of Amon's. I haven't gotten too far, but in it the villain is pretty intelligent, plays his cards right, and is a pretty big threat as he makes the other people look like a bunch of bumbling idiots.

So if Amon is wearing a mask, I'm pretty sure he'll be the same way. Other way why make him wear a mask if he's just going to be one of those crazy big brutes or people who blow stuff up.

im almost positive he's going to have at least some similarity to V from V for Vendetta. I mean...yeah...even his name sounds kind of like Anonymous....kind of...
